A premierdistributor of high-quality pumping products and systems was looking for acomplete Managed Services solution for a reliable and secure networkinfrastructure. They needed proactive support for network operations as well asintegration management for emerging technologies. The customer wanted torealign their complex IT infrastructure with verified business requirements.Their diverse IT assets included a Windows Active Directory environment, 80virtual desktops, 24 virtual servers, and 15 terabytes of data, with 70 activeusers.
Solution
The serviceoffering designed for the customer included three main parts: network security,infrastructure management, and endpoint management. Firewall configuration andVirtual Private Network (VPN) support were included in the proposal, takingadvantage of the wealth of experience in our Security Division. As forinfrastructure, our offering included 24/7 monitoring on all network devices,LAN/WAN support, and server and storage management. And we proposed endpointmanagement of PCs and mobile devices, as well as application support forrelated software.
